Pay Water/Sewer Bills Online!

You can now pay your Water/Sewer bill online through our Customer Portal!  You will need your account number (please include the dashes) and your CID# which is on your water bill.  *If you need that information, just call our office at 931-389-9513.

Go to bellbuckle.authoritypay.com and set up your portal account and then sign up for e-billing.  As soon as your bill is ready each month, you will receive an email letting you know your bill is ready for you to view.   You can then pay with your debit/credit card for a fee of $2.50 OR an e-check, which is totally free! Or, let us know if you would like to set it up on ACH to debit each month. It’s as simple as that!
